Mr. Joe ZHANG Quan is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of pa视讯 Holding Group. Mr. Zhang joined pa视讯 Holding Group in April 2014 and has held many key positions such as Head of pa视讯 Auto Finance Department, Head of pa视讯 Holding Group Treasury Department, and Director of pa视讯 Holding Group Strategic Finance Center, etc. In December 2020, Mr. Zhang was appointed Deputy CFO of pa视讯 Holding Group and in May 2021 he was appointed CFO of pa视讯 Holding Group.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2002 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Accounting.
